Below is a description of
the steps we'll take to get your loan
closed (from concept to completion).
I am with you every step of
the way in this process.

Get prepared by organizing
your documents. |

Pre-qualify prior to finding a property to purchase.
You can do this online, by phone, or in person. |

3 |
We shop
dozens of loan programs and find you the best rate. |

4 |
You sign
loan application and we lock rate.
At this state you will
be required to prove all income, assets, and rental or mortgage history. |

5 |
We order
appraisal.
This is the only thing you are required to pay prior to closing
day. Typically the cost is $300-325 and you'll give us the check when you
sign the loan application packet.

6 |
We
submit loan to lender for final underwriting and approval. |
|
7 |
We get
final conditions from lender that you'll need to meet. |
|
8 |
Funds are ordered and final closing
day scheduled. |

9 |
Loan closed and funded. |
|
10 |
You get the keys and move in! We celebrate! |
