My name is Randall Hunter, and I am a Licensed Mortgage Broker in the state of Florida.


Simply, that means I can originate loans throughout the entire Sunshine State (from the Keys to the panhandle).

The loans that I originate are processed through NorthStar Mortgage, which is centrally located in Ocala.

What you'll need to get things rolling:

  • Basic Information: To get started, I'll need some details from you (and if your partner). This will include personal data, like birthdates, social security numbers, work history, rental or mortgage history, your address, and an overview of your assets and liabilities.
     

  • Income Verification: A letter from your employer is a great start. This will include W2's if employed or 1099's if you're self employed. In some cases other documents will be needed to prove your earnings, such as social security income.
     

  • Down-Payment Confirmation: Most lenders needs to know where your down payment is coming from - we'll discuss just what papers will verify your down payment, but this is usually 3 months bank statements, a gift from a family member, a confirmation of the sale of your home, or if you're lucky from seller contributions toward closing costs.
